We are a group of fly tiers and fly fishers, mostly warm water, some trout anglers, who meet on Saturday mornings during the winter to tell tales, exchange ideas and tie flies.

This is a wonderful and fun event to tie at. We have had a lot of support from some of our members in the past years. And look forward to having more help this year. Admission to the show is free for tiers that can tie for at least four hours. You will need to take care of parking on your own. We will supply water and red licorice ( a fly tying food source of great nutrition :-). You can tie anything you want for any type of fish. You can keep whatever you tie or give flies away, that is solely up to you. I have a lot of both. You are welcome to join in on the "Blind folded Tying" if you want. I generally do that on the top of the odd hours (1,3,5,7). This is a pretty easy going event. Our main objective is to show people what fly tying is about and spark interest in out hobby (or way of live). Our goal is to have fun and get people interested in fly tying and fly fishing. And maybe to show off a little bit. Bob Nasby and Vic Mason will be there (with others) demonstrating fly casting. We have an actual casting pond. Space is somewhat limited, so please contact we if you would like to tie and when so I can get you marked down in a time slot that works for you. I'm hoping to be able to handle about six to eight tiers at a time. If a group of you want to come together that would be great.
I do need to know by March 20th. Thank you.
Sincerely
Scott Nordby
