Fly Tying Instruction

Please join the Laughing Trout Fly Fishing group as they learn to tie the top 10 Midwest Spring Creek Trout Patterns.  Laughing Trout is an informal group of fly tying and fly fishing
enthusiasts who meet at 6:30 pm (or a little earlier) every Wednesday night at the American Legion Post #118, 949 Wayzata Blvd East in Wayzata.

I go to most sessions; will be spending each Wednesday night from January through March learning a different fly pattern.  The patterns that were selected were done so with the beginner / intermediate fly tyer in mind, with the idea to build from one pattern to the next, while also trying to keep the required tying materials to a minimum.

January 22nd:    Program Night  Andy Roth will discuss fishing the Driftless Area
