Well its time to start thinking about kicking off a new season of the Fly Chucker group.
Kevin Kuta has arranged for us to meet at Como Dockside http://www.comodockside.com/ for this year. We will start with a kickoff meeting on Dec 12th and Have the room for all the Saturdays in January (starting Jan 2) thru March. With the exception on March 6 (already booked). I put the link (above) on, so you can take a look. Their menu doesn't thrill me (from the fabulous food we had at Black Bear), but I haven't sampled it yet. My plan is to go there this Saturday morning at 8 am (just like we would for a meeting day) and sample the fair. Anyone is welcome to join me. Again Thanks Kevin. A special thanks to all those that lent out their homes to us last year.
Come to the kickoff meeting and discuss what we want to do and accomplish this year. If anyone knows of any speakers that would come down, please let us know. With all the beautiful videos on "Fly Dreamers" maybe we could have a movie day. let your ideas flow :-)

1) We had a good spring outing. I think there were 5 or 6 of us there (memory is bad sorry).
2) Great Waters Expo has closed and will no longer be held. Sad to see this go. Hopefully we can find a way to build or put together a Fly Fishing/ Fly Tying event around this area. Great-Waters-Announcement
